الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى كل من التنظيم الانفعالي والرحمة الذاتية وتقدير الذات لدى مسيئي استخدام المواد في الأردن، وفحص القدرة التنبؤية للتنظيم الانفعالي بالرحمة الذاتية وتقدير الذات لديهم.

المنهجية: اتبع في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتألفت عينة الدراسة من 120 شخصًا من مسيئي استخدام المواد في الأردن جميعهم ذكور. اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية من مراكز علاج الإدمان في الأردن. تم تعريب مقياس الصعوبات بالتنظيم الانفعالي، ومقياس الرحمة الذاتية، ومقياس تقدير الذات وتم التحقق من دلالات الصدق والثبات للمقاييس. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة جرى حساب المتوسطات، والانحرافات المعيارية، وتحليل الانحدار الخطي.

النتائج: أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين الصعوبات بالتنظيم الانفعالي وكل من الرحمة الذاتية وتقدير الذات، وأشارت أيضًا أن الصعوبة بالتنظيم الانفعالي يفسر ما نسبته 28% من الرحمة الذاتية ويفسر ما نسبته 15٪ من تقدير الذات. كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى المستوى المتوسط من الصعوبات بالتنظيم الانفعالي والرحمة الذاتية وأيضا تقدير الذات لدى لدى مسيئي استخدام المواد في الأردن.

الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بإعداد برامج وقائية وعلاجية لمسيئي استخدام المواد تنمي لديهم عمليات التنظيم الانفعالي.
