الملخص

الأهداف: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المهارات النفسية وعلاقتها بمستوى الأداء المتعلق بمهارات الرماية لدى صغار لاعبي كرة اليد في الأردن.

المنهجيّة: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من ناشئي كرة اليد في الأردن المشاركين في دوري الناشئين للموسم 2021/2022 ومن مواليد 2006 – 2007. وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (122) ناشئا تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. تم استخدام مقياس المهارات النفسيّة الذي قام ببنائه Bull et al (1996) والذي يقيس ست مهارات ويتكوّن من (24) فقرة. تم استخدام التصنيف التالي كمعيار للحكم على المهارات النفسيّة: (1-1.83) عدم امتلاك المهارة، (1.84-2.66) درجة قليلة جدًا جدًا، (2.67-3.50) درجة قليلة، (3.51-4.34) درجة متوسطة، (4.35-5.17) درجة كبيرة، (5.18-6) درجة كبيرة جدًا، وتم استخدام اختبار المرمى المقسّم لقياس دقة التصويب.

النتائج: توصّلت الدراسة إلى أنّ المهارات النفسيّة لناشئي كرة اليد في الأردن جاءت على الترتيب التالي:المرتبة الأولى مهارة دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي بدرجة كبيرة، المرتبة الثانية مهارة الثقة بالنفس بدرجة متوسطة، المرتبة الثالثة مهارة التصور بدرجة متوسطة، المرتبة الرابعة مهارة تركيز الانتباه بدرجة قليلة، المرتبة الخامسة مهارة مواجهة القلق بدرجة قليلة جدًا، المرتبة السادسة والأخيرة مهارة الاسترخاء بدرجة تمثل عدم امتلاك هذه المهارة. كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين المهارات النفسيّة جميعها (دافعيّة الإنجاز الرياضي، الثقة بالنفس, التصور، تركيز الانتباه، مواجهة القلق، الاسترخاء) ومستوى أداء مهارة التصويب في كرة اليد.

الخلاصة: أوصت الدراسة بتطوير المهارات النفسية التالية: التركيز على الانتباه، والتعامل مع القلق، والاسترخاء لناشئي كرة اليد..
