الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي وعلاقته بجودة الحياة لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، ومدى تأثره  بمتغيري عمر الأم، ومستواها التعليمي.

المنهجية: اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي واستخدم مقياس الاتزان الانفعالي ومقياس جودة الحياة على عينة الدراسة من أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد.

عينة الدراسة : وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (162) من أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في محافظة الكرك تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية  المتيسرة.

النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي وجودة الحياة لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة كان متوسطا، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الاتزان الانفعالي وجودة الحياة. كما بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود اختلاف في العلاقة بين الاتزان الانفعالي وجودة الحياة لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد باختلاف متغيري عمر الأم ومستواها التعليمي.

الخلاصة: توصي الدراسة قيام المراكز الخاصة بإجراء دورات تدريبية وتوعوية لأمهات أطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد لإرشادهنّ من أجل رفع مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي وجودة الحياة لديهنّ.
