درجة توظيف تقويم الأقران والتّقويم الذّاتيّ لتنمية مهارة التّعبير الكتابيّ لدى طالبات مدارس الأردنّ من وجهة نظر معلّمات اللّغة العربيّة

الأهداف: هدفتِ الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة توظيف معلّمات اللّغة العربيّة تقويم الأقران والتقويم الذاتي لتنمية مهارة التعبير الكتابيّ لدى طالبات مدارس الأردن، وبيان أبرز التحديات التي تواجههنّ.
المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وبُنِيَت استبانة عدد فِقراتها (34) فِقرة، وَفْق تدرُّجٍ خماسيٍّ، و(5) مجالات، وهي: تقويم الأقران للتعبير/التقويم الذاتيّ للتعبير/التّدريب على معايير تقويم الأقران والتّقويم الذاتيّ/ التّحديات المرتبطة بالنّواحي التّربويّة/ التّحديات المرتبطة بالطّلبة والمجتمع وأولياء الأمور، وقد تكوّنت عيّنة الدّراسة من (97) معلمة موزّعات على المدارس الحكوميّة التّابعة لمديريّة تربية لواء ماركا في الفصل الدراسيّ الثاني لعام 2020/ 2021.
النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدّراسة أنَّ توظيف معلمات اللغة العربية تقويم الأقران والتقويم الذاتي لتنمية مهارة التعبير الكتابيّ جاء بدرجة كبيرة، ولا توجد فروق دالّة إحصائيًّا تُعزى لمتغير الخبرة والمؤهل العلميّ. أمّا التحديات فقد حصلت معظم الفِقرات على درجات تحدٍّ كبيرة.
الخلاصة: توصي الدراسة بوضع معايير وأسس لتوظيف تقويم الأقران والتّقويم الذاتيّ، وعمل دورات تدريبيّة تطبيقيّة في كيفيّة التوظيف، وتشجيع المعلّمين على توظيف استراتيجيات تقويم حديثة تنمّي مهارة التّعبير الكتابيّ.
