الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدّراسة الحالية إلى فحص درجة انطباق المعايير الخاصة بتحالف نيوجيرسي للتعليم الدامج (NJCIE) في المدارس الحكومية والخاصة التي تطبق برامج التعليم الدامج في الأردن من وجهة نظر المعلمين.

المنهجية: استخدمت الدّراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في البحث، حيث تمّ بناء مقياس الدّراسة؛ وفقًا لمعايير ومؤشرات تحالف نيوجيرسي للتعليم الدامج (NJCIE). تكونت عينة الدّراسة من (125) معلما ومعلمة من العاملين في هذه المدارس تمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية.

النتائج: أشارت نتائج الدّراسة إنّ الدرجة الكلية لتطبيق مقياس معايير جودة التعليم الدامج/ تحالف نيوجيرسي للتعليم الدامج (NJCIE) في مدارس التعليم الدامج في الأردن كانت متوسطة، وكان أعلاه لبُعد المناخ المدرسي بدرجة مرتفعة، وأقله لبُعد الممارسات المهنية بدرجة متوسطة. كما أظهرت نتائج الدّراسة عدم وجود فروق دالّة إحصائيًا في مستوى تطبيق معايير جودة التعليم الدامج/ تحالف نيوجيرسي للتعليم الدامج (NJCIE) في مدارس التعليم الدامج في الأردن تُعزي للجنس (معلم/ معلمة) أو نوع المدرسة (حكومية/ خاصة).

الخلاصة: بناءً على النتائج خلصت الدّراسة بضرورة تبني الجهات المسؤولة معايير محددة وواضحة وتطوير نظام مساءلة ومتابعة لضبط جودة الخدمات المقدمة في المدارس الدامجة، وإجراء المزيد من الدّراسات على المراكز والمدارس مع تحديد نوع الإعاقة في ضوء مُتغيّرات ووجهات نظر مختلفة.
