الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن العلاقة بين أبعاد القيادة الريادية وجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى القادة الأكاديميين من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية.

المنهجية: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (147) عضو هيئة تدريس تم اختبارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. تم استخدام الاستبانة لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، وتكونت من (49) فقرة موزعة على بعدين: (أبعاد القيادة الريادية وجودة الحياة الوظيفية)، وذلك بعد لتأكد من صدقها وثباتها.

النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى أبعاد القيادة الريادية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وجاء مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية بدرجة متوسطة. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين أبعاد القيادة الريادية:(الرؤية الاستراتيجية، المبادأة، الإبداع، المخاطرة، استثمار الفرص) وجودة الحياة الوظيفية.

الخلاصة: توصي الدراسة بزيادة وعي القادة الأكاديميين بأهمية تطبيق القيادة الريادية وانعكاسها على تحسين جودة الحياة الوظيفية في الجامعةمن خلال عقد الدورات التدريبية والتثقيفية لتعزيز مهارات القادة الأكاديميين في مجال القيادة الريادية وتطويرها وتنميتها.
