أثر النظر العقلي في شروط قبول خبر الآحاد عند الأصوليين دراسة نموذجية في واقع الرواية، والمروي، والراوي الملخص تعددت أنظار العلماء في طرق التثبت من صحة الخبر، وكان للأصوليين، والفقهاء شروط أخر غير شروط المحدثين، وكان تأصيل هذه الشروط عند الأصوليين مستنداً إلى النظر العقلي الذي يحكم ـ بناء على هذه الشروط ـ بصحة الخبر وثبوته، أو خطأ راويه وردّه، وعليه فإن هذه الشروط ما هي إلا ردّ لما ترجح خطؤه أو ثبت زللـه، بالحكم بتعليله، وليست هي ـ كما توهم البعض ـ ردّاً لحديث رسول الله- صلى الله عليه وسلم- بعد ثبوته، أو إعراضاً عنه من المجتهد بعد صحته، وهذه الشروط اتفق العلماء على شرط منها، وهو رد خبر الآحاد الذي توافرت الدواعي على تواتره، واختلفوا في بعضها الآخر، كرد خبر الآحاد الوارد فيما تعم به البلوى، أو خبر الآحاد المخالف لقواعد الأصول، بشروط معيّنة، يتحقق بها ـ عند القائلين بها ـ الشك في دقة الرواية وصحة النقل، وكان ذلك محل نقاش من العلماء الآخرين، وهو ما تناوله هذا البحث في مطالبه. الكلمات المفتاحية: شروط خبر الآحاد، الاجتهاد في قبول النص، النظر العقلي في الاجتهاد، العلل في الحديث.
