أثر العمل التطوعي المجتمعي في تعزيز المسؤولية المدنية في المجتمع الأردني: جامعة الطفيلة التقنية أنموذجاً

الأهداف: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر المشاركة في العمل التطوعي المجتمعي على تعزيز المسؤولية المدنية لدى طلبة جامعة الطفيلة التقنية.
المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي بتصميم شبه تجريبي، حيث أُعِدَّ برنامج تطوعي مجتمعي تضمن مجموعة من الأنشطة والمبادرات الهادفة إلى تعزيز مفاهيم الانتماء، والمواطنة الفاعلة، والمشاركة المجتمعية لدى الطلبة. كما بُني مقياس خاص لقياس مستوى المسؤولية المدنية، بهدف التحقق من مدى تطور هذا المتغير لدى الطلبة قبل المشاركة في البرنامج وبعده. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) طالبًا وطالبةً من جامعة الطفيلة التقنية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة الميسّرة، ثم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية (25) طالبًا وطالبةً شاركوا في البرنامج التطوعي، ومجموعة ضابطة (25) طالبًا وطالبةً لم يشاركوا في البرنامج.
النتائج: توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد المجموعتين على مقياس المسؤولية المدنية، وكانت هذه الفروق لصالح أفراد المجموعة التجريبية.
الاستنتاجات: إن تعزيز الهوية المدنية القوية للطالب الجامعي أمر بالغ الأهمية، ولا يتأتى هذا إلا بتفعيل برامج العمل التطوعي المجتمعي الهادف القائم على احتياجات المجتمع الحقيقية، بما يرسخ مبدأ الانتماء للوطن والقدرة على إحداث التغيير الإيجابي، وصقل خبرات الطلبة في شتى المجالات، وزيادة مشاركتهم في صنع القرارات، بما يتفق مع متطلبات سوق العمل.
