الأهداف: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى التوافق الزواجي والصلابة النفسية لدى طالبات الدراسات العُليا المتزوِّجات، واستكشاف طبيعة العلاقة بين هذين المتغيِّرين في هذه الفئة.
المنهجية: اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تطوير مقياسين (مقياس التوافق الزواجي ومقياس الصلابة النفسية). شملت عينة الدراسة 150 طالبة دراسات عليا متزوِّجة من جامعة الطفيلة التقنية.
النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى المشاركات كان مرتفعًا؛ حيث جاءت أبعاده على الترتيب: التوافق الأسري، التوافق النفسي الوجداني، التوافق الفكري، والتوافق الاقتصادي، كما أظهرت ارتفاع مستوى الصلابة النفسية؛ حيث جاءت أبعادها مرتبة كالآتي: التحكم، الالتزام، والتحدي. وأظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوافق الزواجي والصلابة النفسية.
الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوافق الزواجي والصلابة النفسية؛ مما يشير إلى أن تعزيز أحد هذه العوامل قد يساهم في تحسين الآخر.
