Abstract

This study aims to identify the psychological and social pressures experienced by students with disabilities from the point of view of physical education teachers at public schools in Jenin Governorate, according to the variable of educational qualification and teaching experience. The study sample consisted of (27) male and female physical education teachers. The researchers used a descriptive analytical method for its relevance to this study. Its tool consisted of (23) items whose validity and reliability were verified. One of the most important results reached by the researchers is that the psychological and social pressures experienced by students with disabilities in government schools in Jenin Governorate from the point of view of physical education teachers were in agreement with a percentage of (78%). The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤ 0.05) for the psychological and social pressures experienced by students with disabilities at public schools in Jenin Governorate from the point of view of physical education teachers at public schools due to educational qualification or teaching experience. In light of the results, the researchers recommend the renovaation of school buildings in government schools to meet the needs of various disabilities, and the development of curricula and activities to suit the needs of students with disabilities.
