الدافعية المهنية للتدريس لدى معلمي العلوم في ضوء رؤيتهم للتعليم (التعليم مهنة- التعليم وظيفة)

الملخص

الأهداف: هدف البحث استقصاء رؤية معلمي العلوم للتعليم (التعليم مهنة- التعليم وظيفة) وعلاقتها بدافعيتهم المهنية للتدريس.

المنهجية: تكونت عينة البحثالتي تم اختيارها بالطريقة المتيسرة، من (234) معلمًا ومعلمةً من معلمي العلوم في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء قصبة إربد. تم بناء استبانة لتحديد رؤية معلمي العلوم للتعليم (التعليم مهنة- التعليم وظيفة)؛ وتكونت من (40) فقرةً موزعةً على مجالين رئيسين، هما: (التعليم- مهنة) و(التعليم- وظيفة). كما تم تطوير مقياس للدافعية المهنية للتدريس مكون من (25) فقرةً، وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات أداتي البحث.

النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن رؤية معلمي العلوم للتعليم (تعليم- مهنة) وكذلك رؤيتهم للتعليم (تعليم- وظيفة) ارتبطتا بعلاقة موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية مع الدافعية المهنية للتدريس. وأظهرت أيضًا أن الدافعية المهنية للتدريس تختلف باختلاف الرؤية للتعليم وذلك لصالح معلمي العلوم الذين رؤيتهم للتعليم (تعليم- مهنة). كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الدافعية المهنية لدى معلمي العلوم جاء بدرجة كبيرة جدًا.

الخلاصة: في ضوء هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز وترسيخ مفهوم التعليم- مهنة لدى معلمي العلوم.
