الملخص

الأهداف: تهدف الدراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة معلمي اللغة العربية في دولة الكويت لأدوارهم الصفية المتنوعة.

المنهجية: اتبع المنهج الوصفي المسحي باستخدام استبانة ممارسة الأدوار الصفية، تكونت من (23) دورا، وزعت إلى ثلاثة مجالات رئيسة: الأدوار المتعلقة بالمهمة، والأدوار الاجتماعية الانفعالية، والأدوار التقنية. طبقت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من (235) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة المتوسطة في المدارس التابعة لمحافظة الجهراء في دولة الكويت.

النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معلمي اللغة العربية يمارسون الأدوار المتعلقة بالمهمة، والأدوار الاجتماعية الانفعالية بدرجة كبيرة، والأدوار التقنية بدرجة متوسطة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضا وجود فرق دال إحصائيا في درجة ممارستهم الأدوار الاجتماعية الانفعالية يعزى إلى الجنس لصالح الإناث.

الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة إلى أن معلمي اللغة العربية يمارسون أدوارهم الصفية المتنوعة بدرجات متفاوتة. توصي الدراسة بتوفير دليل إرشادي لمعلمي اللغة العربية لتوضيح الأدوار الصفية المتنوعة المنوطة بهم، وعقد محاضرات توعوية لتنمية مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي والانفعالي لديهم في الغرفة الصفية بما يواكب متغيرات العصر الرقمي.
