الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى رأس المال النفسي لدى معلمي التعليم الثانوي بولاية ورقلة، والتعرف إلى مدى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظرية المشاعر الإيجابية لفريدركسون في تنمية رأس المال النفسي لديهم.

المنهجية: لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام أداتين لجمع البيانات؛ أولهما مقياس رأس المال النفسي لـليثانس وزملائه (2007)، بعد تعريبه، أما الأداة الثانية فهي برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظرية المشاعر الإيجابية لتنمية رأس المال النفسي، من إعداد الباحثين. وبالاعتماد على المنهج شبه التجريبي؛ وتم تطبيق إجراءات دراسة على عينة قوامها(40) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي التعليم الثانوي لمادتي اللغتين؛ الإنجليزية والفرنسية، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعة تجريبية وأخرى الضابطة، وفق تصميم المجموعة الضابطة غير العشوائية بقياسين؛ قلبي وبعدي.

النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى رأس المال النفسي لدى معلمي التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة منخفض، وأنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في رأس المال النفسي بين أفراد المجموعتين؛ الضابطة والتجريبية في القياس البعدي، لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ما يشير إلى أن البرنامج التدريبي القائم على نظرية المشاعر الإيجابية لفريدركسون كان فعالا في تنمية رأس المال النفسي لدى معلمي التعليم الثانوي.

الخلاصة: أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتطوير الموارد الشخصية، والاستفادة من الإطار النظري لنظرية المشاعر الإيجابية في تحقيق هذا الهدف.
