تناولت هذه الدراسة جهد الشيخ عبد القادر المغربي في تفسيره "جزء تبارك" من خلال النظر في منهجه، وبيان بعض الملاحظات التي سُجّلت عليه في تفسيره، بهدف الكشف عن مدى موافقته أو مخالفته للتفاسير المعتبرة عند أهل السنة والجماعة، ومن ثم القدرة على تصنيف تفسيره ضمن التفاسير التي تشبه تفسيره. فتبين أن الشيخ عبد القادر المغربي هو أحد أتباع المدرسة العقلية "مدرسة الشيخ محمد عبده" وهو يميل إلى الإعتزال في منهجية التفكير العقلي. وقد وُجد في تفسيره كثير من الملاحظات التي تتعلق بمدرسته العقلية، كبعض الإعتزاليات، والتأويل، والفتور بالتعامل مع الأثر؛ وغيرها، ويعتمد الشيخ المغربي في تفسيره اعتمادا كبيرا على اللغة، فلا تكاد تخلو آية من دلالة لغوية. وكذلك يعتبر الشيخ المغربي من المعجيبن بالحضارة الغربية، فقد أثر ذلك في تفسيره حيث بالغ في الاستشهاد بالكشوف العلمية الحديثة، لدرجة التكلف المفضي للاستدلال الخاطئ. غير أنه يحمد له نزعته الإصلاحية ومحاربة البدع، وقدرته اللغوية في صياغة العبارات بأسلوب سهل وجذاب.
