منهج الإمام الغزالي في حجية القياس: دراسة أصولية تحليلية

تتناول هذه الدراسة توضيحًا وإبرازًا لمنهج الإمام الغزالي في إثبات حجية القياس من خلال كتبه الأصولية، تناوله من أدلة وبراهين ومناقشات اختلفت عن مناهج الأصوليين الأخر. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وذلك من خلال جمع المعلومات من الكتب الأصولية للغزالي والكتب الأصولية الأخرى، إضافة إلى كتب أصول الفقه المقارن، والكتب المتعلقة بالمناهج الأصولية و المنهج الإستقرائي وذلك بالنظر في المادة المجموعة واستقرائها وإجراء الملاحظات عليها و المنهج التحليلي وذلك من خلال تحليل هذه المعلومات والمقارنة بينها، وتوظيفها بما يخدم مباحث الدراسة، وبما يحقق الأهداف المرجوة منها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أبرزها اعتبار الإمام الغزالي القياس نوعًا من التوقيف، أثبته من خلال اعتماده على عموم العلة، والعموم المعنوي، وعادة الشارع، مما يجعل منهجه في إثبات الحجية منهجًا متفردًا تفرد به عن باقي الأصوليين. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العناية المستمرة بدراسة المناهج الأصولية للإفادة مما تحويه من أفكار. كما أن على الباحثين توسيع نظرتهم الاجتهادية والاقتداء بالإمام الغزالي في كيفية تطويره المستمر لمسيرته الأصولية.
