Abstract

Objectives: The study aims to propose a vision to develop kindergarten instructional administration in Jordan based on creative leadership. The community of study consisted of all private kindergarten administrators and teachers in Amman. A stratified random sample of 404 kindergarten administrators and teachers for 2020/2021 school year were selected.

Methods: A descriptive developmental approach was used to achieve the aims of the study. A 55-item questionnaire was designed for this purpose.

Results: The results showed that the need for a vision is urgent. As a result, the study proposed a vision that was evaluated  by experts. The evaluation from experts’ point of view showed  that the vision has a high degree of clarity, realism, flexibility, and applicability.

Conclusions: The study recommends the need for adopting the proposed vision as a development tool.
