الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة امتلاك معلمي الطلبة الموهوبين للكفايات اللازمة لتطبيق منحى ستيم STEAM في تعليم الطلبة الموهوبين بمنطقة الباحة.

المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام مقياس كأداة للدراسة، وشملت عينة الدراسة (115) معلما من معلمي الطلبة الموهوبين.

النتائج: توصلت النتائج إلى أن درجة امتلاك معلمي الطلبة الموهوبين للكفايات اللازمة لتطبيق منحى ستيم في تعليم الطلبة الموهوبين جاءت بمستوى "مرتفع"، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01 α ≤) في متوسطات استجابات العينة بحسب متغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، وبحسب متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح فئة دراسات عليا، وبحسب متغير سنوات الخبرة في التعليم لصالح فئة من 5 – أقل من 10 سنوات. ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بحسب متغير المرحلة التي يدرسها المعلم.

الخلاصة: تناولت الدراسة موضوع امتلاك معلمي الطلبة الموهوبين للكفايات اللازمة لتطبيق منحى STEAM في تدريس الطلبة الموهوبين حيث جاء هذه الكفايات بدرجة "مرتفعة". وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية الاستمرار في الاهتمام بتوفير برامج التطوير المهني لجميع المعلمين في مجال منحى STEAM.
