الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرّف فاعلية برنامج إشرافي تمايزي في خفض الصدمات لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين العاملين بغزة، ورفع مهارات الرعاية المُستنيرة للصدمات أثناء الحرب.

المنهجية: استُخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي على عينة قوامها (24) أخصائيًا وأخصائية نفسية عامليّن في غزة. قُسِّمت العينة مناصفةً بطريقة المزاوجة إلى مجموعتين: تجريبية وضابطة. طُبِّق البرنامج الإشرافي التمايزي على المجموعة التجريبية عبر (16) جلسة مدة الجلسة 120 دقيقة.

النتائج: أظهرت النتائج فروقًا دالة إحصائيًّا بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في خفض الصدمات (بنسبة أثر 83.4%) ورفع مهارات الرعاية المُستنيرة (بنسبة أثر 58%) لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، مع وجود فروق دالة بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية لصالح القياس البعدي في كلا المقياسين، في حين لم تُسجَّل فروق دالة بين القياسين البعدي والتتبعي بعد ثمانية أسابيع مما يؤكد استمرارية فاعلية البرنامج الإشرافي التمايزي.

الخلاصة: أثبت البرنامج الإشرافي التمايزي فاعليته في خفض صدمات الأخصائيين النفسيين، ورفع مهارات الرعاية المُستنيرة خلال حرب غزة، مع استمرار تأثيره بعد فترة المتابعة. أوصت الدراسة بتعميم تطبيق البرنامج على الأخصائيين النفسيين في فلسطين بعد انتهاء الحرب.
