فاعليّة برنامج تدريبي مستند إلى الأنشطة الدراميّة في تنمية المهارات الاجتماعيّة لدى طلبة مادّة الدراما والمسرح في التعليم

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مستند إلى الأنشطة الدرامية في تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة في مادة الدراما والمسرح في التعليم، وتكونت عينتها من (22) طالبًا وطالبة، وُزّعوا إلى مجموعتين: تجريبية وضابطة، بمعدل (11) طالبًا في كل مجموعة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طُبِّقَ البرنامج التدريبي بمعدل ثلاث جلسات تدريبية كلّ أسبوع؛ وبواقع (9) جلسات تدريبية صُمّمت لتنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة، وَطُوِّرَت أداة لقياس المهارات الاجتماعية تكونت من (54) فقرة؛ بحيث وُزِّعَت الفقرات على خمسة أبعاد رئيسية، ثم طُبِّقَت قبليًا وبعديًا على المجموعتين. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المستند إلى الأنشطة الدرامية في تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة، كما بيّنت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي تعزى لجنس الطالب ولصالح الطلبة الإناث. وقد أوصى الباحثان بضرورة إعداد برامج تدريبية تستند إلى الأنشطة الدرامية باتباع أنشطة درامية غير التمثيل والمسرح وتطبيقها على فئات عمريّة أُخرى.
