خفض الضغط النفسي ودقات القلب بالتأمّل والاسترخاء التنفسي لدى طالبات كليّة الطبّ في جامعة مؤتة

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامجي إرشاد جمعي في التأمّل والاسترخاء التنفسي في خفض أعراض الضغط النفسي ودقات القلب لدى طالبات كليّة الطبّ في جامعة مؤتة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (45) طالبة، تم تقسيمهن عشوائيا إلى ثلاث مجموعات: المجموعة التجريبية الأولى والتي تدربت على برنامج التأمّل، والمجموعة التجريبية الثانية التي تدربت على برنامج الاسترخاء التنفسي، والمجموعة الضابطة والتي لم تتلق أي شكل من أشكال المعالجة، كما تم تطبيق مقياس الضغوط النفسية ومقياس دقات القلب. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعتين التجريبيتين والمجموعة الضابطة في متوسط درجات نبضات القلب والضغط النفسي للقياس البعدي ولصالح المجموعتين التجريبيتين، كما أشارت النتائج إلى استمرارية احتفاظ أفراد المجموعتين التجريبيتين بأثر البرنامجين على مقياس الضغوط النفسية ودقات القلب بعد مرور شهر على إنهاء كلا البرنامجين. وأخيرا فقد أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق بين البرنامجين على مقياس نبض القلب لصالح برنامج التأمّل، وفي المقابل لم تكن هناك فروق بين البرنامجين لخفض الضغوط النفسية. واوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الأبحاث على فاعلية برامج التأمّل والاسترخاء التنفسي على عينات مرضية.
