درجة الممارسات القيادية لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديميّة بجامعة طيبة في ضَوء مقياس كوزيس وبوسنر القيادي من منظور أعضاء هيئة التدريس

استهدفت هذه الدراسة تعرُّفَ درجة الممارسات القيادية لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية بجامعة طيبة في ضَوء مقياس كوزيس وبوسنر Kouzes & Posner scale القيادي، من منظور أعضاء هيئة التدريس. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي. وعليه بُنِيَت استبانة مكوّنة من (30) فقرة موزّعة على خمسة محاور، واختيرت عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية طبقية؛ إذ تكوّنت من (315) عضو هيئة التدريس. وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها أظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة الممارسات القيادية لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية بجامعة طيبة، في ضَوء مقياس كوزيس وبوسنر القيادي على أداة الدراساة ككلّ جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) في تقديرات أفراد العينة على الأداة ككلّ تُعزى لأثر الجنس، ولصالح الذكور، واتّضح عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى لأثر الخبرة والرتبة العلمية ونوع الكلية على الأداة ككلّ.
