الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم إجراءات مقترحة لتطوير الأداء الإداري بكليات جامعة الأزهر في ضوء مدخل المرونة الاستراتيجية(الحساسية الاستراتيجية، وضوح الرؤية، القدرات الجوهرية، اختيار الأهداف الاستراتيجية، المسؤولية المشتركة، وسرعة الاستجابة)، من خلال تعرف درجة أهمية ممارسة أبعادها، وحساب الفروق الدالة إحصائياً بين أفراد العينة حول درجة أهمية ممارستها، والتي تعـزى لمتغيرات الدراسة(الدرجة العلمية-طبيعة الكلية-مقر الكلية أو الفرع).
المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة المكونة من(36) مفردة، طبقت على عينة بلغت(587) عضو هيئة تدريس بالجامعة لجمع البيانات.
النتائج: خلصت الدراسة إلى اتفاق أفراد العينة على أهمية ممارسة أبعاد المرونة الاستراتيجية لتطوير الأداء الإداري بكليات جامعة الأزهر بدرجة أهمية "مهم جداً" وبمتوسط(4.44)، ولا توجد فروق دلالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.05) تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة (الدرجة العلمية-طبيعة الكلية-مقر الكلية أو الفرع).
الخلاصة: قدمت الدراسة إجراءات مقترحة لتطوير الأداء الإداري بكليات جامعة الأزهر، وأوصت بأهمية الأخذ بالإجراءات المقترحة لتطوير الأداء الإداري من خلال تطبيق مدخل المرونة الاستراتيجية بالجامعة وفي غيرها من الجامعات المصرية، نظراً لتشابه الهياكل والأنظمة في هذه الجامعات، وأهمية استقلال الجامعة إدارياً ومالياً وأكاديمياً حتى تكون قادرة على التكيف مع المتغيرات المختلفة، واستقطاب الكوادر العلمية والإدارية المؤهلة.
