The Extent to which the Presidents and Members of the Palestinian Sports Federations Applied Goals Set out in the Plans of their Federations

This study aims to identify the extent to which the presidents and members of the Palestinian sports federations applied the objectives set out in the plans of their federations. Furthermore, it aims to investigate the differences in the implementation of these goals depending on, gender, status, type of union, qualification, and experience. The researcher used a descriptive method, using a sample that consisted of (66) members of the unions chairmen and members of the Palestinian sports unions, of which (17) were chairs of unions and (49) were members. The sample was randomly collected. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The results showed that the achievements of objectives in the Palestinian sports unions were moderate. The researcher recommends the need to highlight the influencial variables positively in the achievements of the objectives of the Palestinian sports unions, such as qualification.
