الحجاج المغالطي في رسائل عبد الحميد الكاتب " رسالة في الشِّطرَنج" أنموذجًا

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع المغالطات الحجاجية بصفته فرعا أصيلا من نظرية الحجاج وتحليل الخطاب؛ وتهدف إلى الوقوف على المغالطات الحجاجية التي وظفها عبد الحميد الكاتب في رسالته (رسالة في الشطرنج)، التي حرّم فيها لعب الشطرنج وعدّه من موبقات الآثام، وكبائر الذنوب، كما ضمّنها جملة من العقوبات القاسية التي فرضها الخليفة الأموي لمن لا يمتنع عن لعبها. وقد كشفت الدراسة عن مجموعة من المغالطات الحجاجية في الرسالة، مثل: مغالطة السلطة، والخطأ في الاستشهاد، والتشبيه الزائف، والمصادرة على المطلوب، ومغالطة القوة، ومغالطة التناقض. تلك المغالطات كانت تتستر خلف مقصديته المضمرة المتمثلة في صرف الناس عن الاجتماع في الأندية والمجالس كي لا تتوفر لهم الفرصة لمناقشة أمور الدولة الأموية وانتقادها.
