مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية بين التهديدات الإقليمية والدولية

الأهداف : يهدف البحث إلى دراسة مصادر التهديد التي تعترض أمن مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، والتي تتراوح بين تهديدات دولية وإقليمية، فضلا عن التهديدات البينية النابعة من اختلاف الرؤى والتصورات حول مفهوم الأمن.
المنهجية : سلك الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وانتظم البحث في ثلاثة مباحث : الأول لبيان مصادر التهديد الإقليمية والمتمثلة بالتهديد الإيراني، وتناول المبحث الثاني الولايات المتحدة وأمن مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية ، واختص المبحث الأخير بدراسة اختلاف الرؤى والتصورات لدول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية تجاه قضايا الأمن.
النتائج: أظهرت الدراسة أن إيران كانت ولا تزال تشكل التهديد الأكبر لأمن مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية نتيجة لأطماعها التوسعية في الخليج العربي، وإن اختلاف مدركات التهديد لهذه الدول أدى إلى إذكاء الخلافات فيما بينها حتى أصبحت الخلافات الخليجية – الخليجية تشكل أحد مصادر الخطر على أمن مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، لا سيما بعد تراجع الالتزام الأمريكي بأمن هذه الدول .
الخلاصة: توصي الدراسة تفعيل القرارات والقوانين التي شرعها مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، وتوحيد سياساتها الدفاعية والأمنية للحد من المخاطر التي تحيط بأمن مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية .
