الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل بحوث الإدارة التربوية الأردنية المنشورة في بعض المجلات التربوية المحكمة من 2005-2022.

المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج البيبليومتري. تم تحديد العينة بطريقة الحصر الشامل لجميع بحوث الإدارة التربوية الأردنية المتضمنة في قاعدتي بيانات "شمعة" و"دار المنظومة" وأربع مجلات تربوية عربية محكمة انطبقت عليها معايير التخصص والفترة الزمنية (2005-2022) وتتابع الصدور ضمن الفترة الزمنية وتوفر النصوص الكاملة للبحوث. أسفرت عملية البحث الأولية عن تحديد 565 دراسة. واستخدم محرك جوجل سكولار للحصول على البحوث المنشورة باللغة الانجليزية. وتم العثور على 226 بحثا. وبتطبيق معايير الإدراج والاستبعاد تم اعتبار 192 بحثا صالحة للتحليل منها 136 بحثا باللغة العربية و56 بحثا باللغة الانجليزية. تم جمع بيانات كمية عن بعض المؤشرات لتحديد خصائص بحوث الإدارة التربوية الأردنية. تم ترميز البيانات وإدخالها في "إكسل" ثم جدولتها.

النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن أعداد البحوث تزايدت بشكل ملحوظ من 12 بحثا بين عامي (2005-2010) إلى 121 بين (2017-2022). وأن الذكور هم الأكثر نشرا من الإناث. وأن الغالبية العظمى من المؤلفين هم أكاديميون يعملون في الجامعات. وأن السمة السائدة هي التأليف المشترك. وأن أكثر مناهج البحث استخدامًا هو المنهج الوصفي. وأن أكثر الأدوات البحثية استخدامًا هي الاستبانة. كما أن غالبية الدراسات قد كتبت باللغة العربية. ومعظم هذه الأبحاث نشرت في مجلات أردنية. وقد أجريت أغلب الدراسات في المدارس ومؤسسات التعليم الحكومية. وكانت أكثر الموضوعات تناولا هي العمليات الإدارية والنظريات والأنماط القيادية.

الخلاصة: هناك فجوات بحثية تتعلق بتفوق الذكور في عدد الدراسات، وهناك تفاوت بين الأكاديميين والممارسين لصالح الأول. يشير البحث إلى تفضيل استخدام المنهج الكمي. يُوصى بتشجيع المشاركة البحثية للنساء وتعزيز تنويع المناهج البحثية.
