Objectives: The Current study aims to identify e-learning from the viewpoint of students of Gulf universities.
Methods: The researchers designed a questionnaire that consisted of two parts. The first part contained the primary data of the study sample. The second part included the questionnaire's (47) paragraphs, distributed in three domains that were applied to a sample of (1338) male and female students from universities from four Arab countries: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Emirates, and Bahrain.
Results: Among the most important results is that the three domains of the study tool in general all came at a high level. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (α 0.05) between the averages of Gulf universities' responses to the three domains of the study tool due to country, gender, college and achievement.
Conclusions: The researchers recommend developing e-learning systems in line with the requirements of students and faculty to avoid the obstacles they face.
