الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى دراسة أثر برنامج التدريب على الدعم النفسي في الكفاءة الذاتية والتوجه نحو الهدف لدى مجموعة من المتدربات السوريات. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (44) مشاركةً جرى اختيارهن بطريقة قصدية. تم توزيعها لمجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة بواقع (22) طالبة في كل مجموعة.

المنهجية: لتحقيق هدف الدراسة جرى استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي ،إذ جرى  تطبيق أداتين: الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة، والتوجه نحو الهدف، و تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي الذي بناه الباحث على المجموعة التجريبية.

النتائج: أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي جرى تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي عليها.

التوصيات: توصي الدراسة بأهمية بناء وتطبيق برامج تدريبية للدعم النفسي للشباب.
