الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة تمثل أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية لمعايير ضمان الجودة.
المنهجية: تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي. وتم جمع بيانات الدراسة عن طريق الاستبانة الإلكترونية، وتم التحقق من صدقها وموثوقيتها. تكونت عينة البحث من 250 عضو هيئة تدريس. وتقوم هذه الدراسة بتحليل البيانات باستخدام الإحصاء الوصفي للعام الدراسي (2020/2021).
النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تمثل أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية لمعايير ضمان الجودة كانت مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي(3.69)، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أعلى درجة لتمثل أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمعيار الخطط الدراسية حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي له(3.77)، وأقل درجة لمعيار تقويم المخرجات التعليمية حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي له(3.49)، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرتبة الأكاديمية، ونوع الكلية في جميع المعايير، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في عدد سنوات الخدمة في جميع المعايير باستثناء معيار سياسات التعليم والتعلم، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا لأثر الجامعة في جميع المعايير، وجاءت الفروق لصالح جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا.
التوصيات: توصي الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها تركيز الجامعات على معايير ضمان الجودة من خلال دمجها في برامجها وتوظيفها عمليًا.
