واقع توظيف نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر مدرسي مقررات التعلم المدمج في الجامعة الأردنية

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع توظيف نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر مدرسي مقررات التعلم المدمج في الجامعة الأردنية.
المنهجية: استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي لإجراء الدراسة، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال تطوير واستخدام استبانة لمدرسي مقررات التعلم المدمج في الجامعة الأردنية. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مدرسي مقررات التعلم المدمج من مختلف الرتب الأكاديمية، في الكليات العلمية والإنسانية في الجامعة الأردنية خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي (2018/2019)، إذ بلغ عدد المدرسين الذين استجابوا لأداة الدراسة (34) مدرساً. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تطوير الأداة (استبانة) هدفت إلى قياس واقع توظيف نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر مدرسي مقررات التعلم المدمج في الجامعة الأردنية مكونة من (52) فقرة وموزعة على أربعة مجالات.
النتائج: أشارت النتائج أنّ واقع توظيف نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر مدرسي مقررات التعلم المدمج جاء بدرجة مرتفعة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.35)، وأشارت النتائج كذلك إلى أن الصعوبات التي تواجه المدرسين أثناء استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني لمقررات التعلم المدمج جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.18). فيما يتعلق بمتغير الرتبة الأكاديمية، تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05=α) تعزى لأثر الرتبة الأكاديمية لصالح المدرسين.
التوصيات: أوصت الدراسة تشجيع جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الأردنية على اتباع منهج التعلم المدمج في العملية التعليمية عبر نظام الموودل، بما يوفر بيئة تعليمية حديثة.
