دور مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في الأردن في تعزيز المواطنة البيئية "دليل إداري تربوي مقترح"

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى اقتراح دليل إداري تربوي لتعزيز دور مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في الأردن في مجال المواطنة البيئية، وتكونت عينتها من (123) مديرًا ومديرة، و (598) معلمًا ومعلمة للعام الدراسي 2018/2017.استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي التطويري. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة طورت استبانة مكونة من (49) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هي: المشاركة والمسؤولية الشخصية تجاه البيئة، والعدالة البيئية، والتوعية البيئية. وقد جرى التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في الأردن للمواطنة البيئية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. وفي ضوء النتائج، طوّر دليل إداري تربوي مقترح لتعزيز دور مديري المدارس الثانوي الحكومية في الأردن في مجال المواطنة البيئية، تضمن ثلاثة أبعاد: تلوث الهواء، وتلوث الماء، واستنزاف موارد البيئة، وجرى التأكد من ملاءمته. وقد أوصت الدراسة وزارة التربية والتعليم باعتماد الدليل المقترح.
