الملخص

الأهداف: تهدف الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى فعالية برنامج تدريبي للتأهيل المهني لتنمية الاستقلالية المهنية والقدرة على تحديد المستقبل المهني لدى طلبة الثالث الثانوي من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة في منطقة تبوك.

المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي على عينة الدراسة، و تكونت من (14) طالبا من طلاب الثالث الثانوي من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة، والذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية في ضوء مقياس الذكاء. كما استخدمت الدراسة مقياسين محوسبين: مقياس الاستقلالية المهنية ومقياس القدرة على تحديد المستقبل المهني.

النتائج: أظهرت النتائج وجود فروقاتٍ ذات دلالة إحصائية بين رتب متوسطات درجات الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة العقلية على مقياس الاستقلالية المهنية، ومقياس القدرة على تحديد المستقبل المهني، لصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي تعرضت لبرنامج التأهيل المهني، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروقاتٍ ذات دلالة إحصائية بين رتب متوسطات درجات الأفراد على القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس الاستقلالية المهنية ومقياس القدرة على تحديد المستقبل المهني, أي أن فاعلية البرامج المهنية ما زالت ملموسة مع مرور الزمن.

الخلاصة: توصي الدراسة بضرورة استحداث المهن بشكلٍ دوري بحسب مستجدات عالم المهن وسوق العمل لفئة ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة.
