الطلاق العاطفي وعلاقته بالضغط النفسي لدى الممرضين المتزوجين العاملين في مستشفى الجامعة الأردنية

الأهداف: تهدف الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الطلاق العاطفي، وعلاقته بالضغط النفسي لدى الممرضين والممرضات المتزوجين العاملين في مستشفى الجامعة الاردنية.
المنهجية: اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي؛ لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة وأغراضها البحثية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (64) ممرضاً وممرضة متزوجين وعاملين في مستشفى الجامعة الأردنية، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، وذلك خلال النصف الأول من العام 2021م، حيث طوَر الباحثان مقياس الطلاق العاطفي، ومقياس الضغط النفسي، كما استخرجت الخصائص السيكومترية لهما، فكانت مناسبة ومؤدية للغرض.
النتائج: أشارت النتائج إلى أنَّ مستوى الطلاق العاطفي، ومستوى الضغط النفسي لكليهما جاء متوسطاً. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين الطلاق العاطفي والضغط النفسي، وأن مستوى الطلاق العاطفي والضغط النفسي لا يختلف باختلاف الجنس والمستوى التعليمي وخبرة العمل. كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الطلاق العاطفي والضغط النفسي يختلف باختلاف مدة الزواج ولصالح فئة المتزوجين لمدة أكثر من 10 سنوات.
الخلاصة: التوصية لإدارة المستشفيات والجهات المسؤولة على ضرورة تفعيل الاهتمام بالجانب النفسي للممرضين والممرضات لما له من أثر على الأداء، وذلك من خلال برامج إرشادية، وتدريبية، ومجموعات دعم نفسي تساعد على خفض الضغوطات النفسية.
