الملخص

الأهداف: الكشف عن فعالية التدخل القائم على اليقظة الذهنية في تعزيز السلوك الصحي والحد من قلق الموت بين مرضى القلب في الأردن.

المنهجية: لتحقيق أهداف البحث تم تطوير مقاييس لتقييم السلوك الصحي وقلق الموت، وكذلك تصميم وتطبيق برنامج إرشادي مبني على اليقظة الذهنية. وتم اختيار عينة قصدية مكونة من 21 مريضًا بالقلب وتم توزيعها على مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية (11) مريضاً خضعت للبرنامج الإرشادي ومجموعة ضابطة (10) مرضى، لم تتلق أي تدخل، وتم إجراء التدخل الذهني لمدة شهر ونصف.

النتائج: أظهرت النتائج تحسناً ملحوظاً في السلوك الصحي وانخفاضاً في قلق الموت بين المرضى المشاركين في المجموعة التجريبية مقارنة مع المجموعة الضابطة. وعلاوة على ذلك، كشفت تقييمات المتابعة أن هذه الآثار الايجابية استمرت في المجموعة التجريبية.

الخلاصة: التركيز على التدخلات القائمة على اليقظة الذهنية كمنهج علاجي مساعد لتعزيز السلوك الصحي وتقليل قلق الموت بين مرضى القلب، حيث استنتج الباحثون أن مرضى القلب يحتاجون لبرامج إرشادية تسهم في تحسين نوعية حياتهم، وتنعكس بشكل إيجابي على صحتهم النفسية.
