الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية الاستماع إلى أصوات الطبيعة في خفض التوتر وتحسين الثبات الانفعالي لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة.

المنهجية: اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) أماً من أمهات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة، ممن حصلن على درجات مرتفعة على مقياس التوتر، ودرجات منخفضة على مقياس الثبات الانفعالي، تم توزيعهن عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية تكونت من (15) أماً تلقين برنامجاً تجريبياً من خلال الاستماع إلى أصوات الطبيعة، ومجموعة ضابطة تكونت من (15) أماً لم يتلقين أي برنامج. وتم استخدام مقياس التوتر ومقياس الثبات الانفعالي اللذين أعدا لغايات هذه الدراسة، بعد التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما.

النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة فاعلية الاستماع إلى أصوات الطبيعة في خفض التوتر وتحسين الثبات الانفعالي.

الخلاصة: في ضوء النتائج، أوصت الدراسة باستخدام أصوات الطبيعة في البرامج الوقائية والعلاجية لخفض التوتر وتحسين الثبات الانفعالي.
