Abstract

This study aims to recognize the secondary school teachers' degree of practicing the ways of improving creativity in Abha, from teachers' and talented students' points of view. The study sample consisted of (132) secondary level teachers in Abha and (117) talented students of Abha secondary schools,Where the two samples chosen, randomly. Also,the analytical and developmental approach was adopted and two separate scales of teachers' degree of practicing the ways of improving creativity were applied on the two samples of the study from their points of view and talented students' point of view of the researcher's preparation. This study results indicated the following: Secondary school teachers' degree of practicing the methods of improving creativity among students was moderate. There were statistically significant differences (α≥0.05) due to the effect of specialization and the differences were in favour of scientific specializations. There were no statistically significant differences (α≥0.05) due to the years of experiences.
