Knowledge Level of Coaches of Al-Manaseer League Football Clubs in Jordan Its Relationship to Sport Achievement

Abstract

The study aims to know about the Knowledge level of coaches of al-manaseer league football clubs in Jordan it is relation to sport achievement. The researchers used the descriptive approach to the suitability of the nature and objectives of the study, and the sample of the study consisted of (36) coaches in the intentional way, and The search used two samples measure the knowledge for the coaches , and used "spss" to find the statistical processors find the answers. The result shown the knowledge for personal features for the coaches is good and variable (training class) has the biggest effect for the coaches. And also The results showed the existence of a correlation between the knowledge and the sport achievement for the coaches. The researchers recommended the attention and focus on the Knowledge level of coaches through Knowledge courses in the Knowledge to be as scientific basis when they choose the coaches for professional clubs for football in Jordan.
