The Rhetorical Tools from Oral to Digital Alliteration as a Model

Objectives: This study traces the heritage rhetorical tools (genre as a model) in literary texts across different mediums to understand their potential use in digital texts. It aims to comprehend the nature of changes that occur in these tools with the shift in the medium, seeking to establish a new Arabic digital rhetoric.
Methods: The nature of the study necessitated the use of the descriptive analytical method to describe the presence of alliteration - which represents the applied model in the study - and to analyze the changes it undergoes across different mediums. The historical methodology was also employed to trace the presence of genre in various texts over time, from the oral stage to the digital era.
Results: The study revealed the creator's ability to adapt the same tool according to the available resources in each stage. It also showed the digital creator's ability to use heritage rhetorical tools in harmony with the digital medium, and the interaction of the digital audience with this new text, including its developed heritage tools, whether consciously aware of this rhetorical presence or not.
Conclusion: The study concludes that heritage rhetorical tools remain present in texts published through the digital medium, characterized by flexibility that allows them to enter the field of digital rhetoric rightfully. It suggests that it is more advantageous to invest in heritage tools that have proven their ability to evolve over different eras and mediums carrying the text, rather than searching for alternative tools from scratch.
