أثَرُ مهاراتِ الاتّصالِ على العُلاقاتِ الانْسانيّةِ والاجْتماعيّةِ لدى طلَبَةِ تَخصُّصِ علْمِ المكتباتِ والمعْلوماتِ في الوطنِ العربيِّ منْ وجهةِ نظَرهمْ

العُلاقاتِ الإنسانيّةِ والاجتماعيّةِ لدى طلبَةِ تخصُّصِ علْمِ المكتباتِ والمعلوماتِ الّذينَ أنْهوا مساقَ مهاراتِ الاتّصالِ في العامِ الدّراسيِّ (2019/2020). تمَّ توزيعُ عيّنةٍ عشْوائِيّةٍ مكوّنَةٍ منْ (1000) استبيانٍ بواقعِ (100) استبيانٍ على كلِّ جامعةٍ، وتمَّ اعتمادُ (590) استبيانٍ صالحٍ للدّراسةِ منَ المجتمعِ الأصليِّ المكوّنِ منْ (طلبةِ عشْرِ جامعاتٍ عربيةٍ تمنحُ درجةَ البكالوريوس في تخصُّصِ علمِ المكتباتِ والمعْلوماتِ)، واستخدمَ الباحثُ الاستبيانَ كأداةِ قياسٍ حيثُ تكوّنَ منْ ستةِ مجالاتٍ: (الانصاتِ، الحوارِ، الإقناعِ، الإلقاءِ، لغةِ الجسدِ، العُلاقاتِ الإنْسانيّةِ والاجتماعيّةِ ) موزّعةً على (54) سؤالاً، وبعدَ جمْعِ البياناتِ تمَّ إجراءُ التّحليلِ الإحصائيِّ للإجابةِ عنْ أسئلةِ الدّراسةِ. حيثُ توصّلَ الباحثُ منْ خلالِ الدّراسةِ إلى عدّةِ نتائجَ وكانَ أهمُّها وجودَ فروقٍ ذاتِ دلالةٍ إحصائيّةٍ عند مستوى الدّلالةِ α≤0.05)) فأقلّ منْ متوسّطِ إجاباتِ أفرادِ العيّنةِ في متغيّرِ الجنس ولصالحِ الذّكورِ، وعدمَ وجودِ فروقٍ فيما يتعلّقُ بالجامعةِ أوِ الفرْعِ في الثّانويّةِ أوِ السّنةِ الدّراسيّةِ، أمّا أهمُّ التّوصياتِ الّتي توَصّلَ إليْها الباحثُ فتَتمثّلُ في زيادةِ عددِ السّاعاتِ المعتمَدَةِ للمَساقِ منْ 2-5 ساعاتٍ معتمدَةٍ، وتحديدُ أعدادِ الطّلبةِ المسموحِ لهمْ بتسجيلِ المساقِ على أنْ تتراوحُ ما بينَ (20-25) فقطْ، كذلكَ زيادةُ الجانبِ العمليِّ بحيثُ يكونُ مُناصفةً معَ الجانبِ النّظريِّ.
