علاقة مستوى النشاط البدني والحالة التغذوية وجودة النوم بالحالة الذهنية للمواطنين خلال فترة الحجر المنزلي الناجم عن جائحة كورونا في الأردن

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرُّف علاقة مستوى النشاط البدني والحالة التغذوية وجودة النوم خلال فترة الحجر المنزلي بالحالة الذهنية لدى عينه من المواطنين بين 18 و65 سنة قي الأردن. تم توزيع أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) إلكترونيًا على عينة من 1088 مشاركًا (565 إناث و523 ذكور) تضمنت مؤشر منظمة الصحة العالمية للصحة الذهنية (WHO-5) واستبانة مقياس النشاط البدني الدولي (IPAQ)، واستبانة تردد الغذاء (FFQ)، ومؤشر بيتسبرغ لجودة النوم (PSQI) .أظهرت نتائج تحليل التباين الأحادي وجود اختلافات ذات دلالة معنوية في مؤشر الحالة الذهنية تبعا لمتغير مستوى النشاط البدني (F (2, 1087) = 49.181; P<0.0001)، كما أظهرت نتائج اختبار ت (t-test)، عن وجود اختلاف في مؤشر الحالة الذهنية تبعا لمتغير جودة النوم (t= (1086) = -13.476 ; P<0.0001، كذلك أظهرت نتائج اختبار ت (t-test) عن وجود فروق معنوية في مؤشر الحالة الذهنية تبعا لمستوى الحالة التغذوية (t= (1086) = -6.078 ; P<0.0001)، كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية بين متغير الحالة الذهنية ومقياس جودة النوم ووجود علاقة معنوية بين متغير الحالة الذهنية ومستوى النشاط البدني اليومي (r = 0.324; P<0.0001)، (r = -0.419; P<0.0001)، الحالة الذهنية سجلت نتائج أفضل كلما ارتفع مؤشر الحالة التغذوية (r = 0.255; P<0.0001) .بناء على نتائج الدراسة فان الحجر المنزلي كان له تأثير في الحالة الذهنية لأفراد المجتمع وأنّ النشاط البدني كان من العوامل التي تحافظ على حالة ذهنية إيجابية خلال فترة الحجر كذلك، فإنّالحالة التغذوية الأفضل لها أهمية كبيرة في الحفاظ على الحالة الذهنية وهنا يجب تأكيد بناء نتائج هذه الدراسة وضرورة تشجيع ممارسة النشاط البدني خلال فترة الحجر والحفاظ على حالة تغذوية جيدة
