الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مبني على التفكير الشمولي في تحسين الرضا عن الحياة لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة مؤتة، وجرى اختيار (60) طالبا وطالبة بالطريقة المتيسرة، قُسّموا إلى مجموعتين بواقع (30) طالبًا وطالبة في المجموعة التجريبية، و(30) طالبًا وطالبة في المجموعة الضابطة، وجرى تطوير مقياس الرضا عن الحياة وتكون من (25) فقرة موزعة علىأربعة أبعاد، كما طُوّر برنامج تدريبي مبني على التفكير الشمولي، وتكون من (14) جلسة تدريبية مدة كل جلسة ساعة واحدة. واتضح من نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر للبرنامج التدريبي في تحسين الرضا عن الحياة لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، ومن أهمها إجراء دراسات إخرى تبين أثر التفكير الشمولي في تحسين الرضا عن الحياة لدى عينات أخرى.
