فاعلية برنامج إرشادي جمعي يستند إلى العلاج النسّوي في خفض الشعور بالذنب والوصمة لدى النساء المعنفات

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص فاعلية برنامج إرشادي جمعي يستند إلى العلاج النسّوي في خفض الشعور بالذنب والوصمة لدى النساء المعنفات.
المنهجية: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) امرأة معنفة، وتم توزيعهنَّ على نحو عشوائي إلى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية (العدد= 15)، شاركت في برنامج الإرشاد الجمعي المستند إلى العلاج النَّسوي، ومجموعة ضابطة (العدد= 15) لم تشارك في أي برنامج تدخل. تم استخدام مقياسي الشعور بالذنب والشعور بالوصمة لجمع بيانات الدراسة في الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية لمجموعتي الدراسة وفي الاختبار التتبعي مع أفراد المجموعة التجريبية فقط.
النتائج: أظهرت نتائج تحليل التباين المصاحب وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط الدرجات على مقياس الشعور بالذب في الاختبار البعدي بين المجموعتين: التجريبية (2.10±0.35)، والضابطة (3.7±0.31) ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية، علمًا أن حجم الأثر للبرنامج قد بلغ قيمته (87.4%). كذلك أظهرت نتائج تحليل التباين المصاحب وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط الدرجات على مقياس الشعور بالوصمة في الاختبار البعدي بين المجموعتين: التجريبية (2.3±0.36)، والضابطة (4.00±0.32) ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية، علمًا أن حجم الأثر للبرنامج قد بلغ قيمته (87.9%)، مما يشير إلى فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي. كما أشارت نتائج المقارنات البعدية والتتبعية لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسط القياس البعدي والتتبعي (2.23±0.34)، في مقياس الشعور بالذنب، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسط القياس البعدي والتتبعي (2.28±0.45)، في مقياس الوصمة، مما يعكس ثبات تأثير البرنامج.
الخلاصة: اعتماد البرنامج المستخدم في الدراسة الحالية ضمن الإرشاد الجمعي في المراكز الإرشادية الخاصة بخدمة المرأة لفاعليته في خفض مستوى الشعور بالذنب والوصمة لدى النساء المعنفات.
