الكفاءة الذاتية الإنفعالية لدى عينة من المراهقين وعلاقتها بالإندفاعية

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية الانفعالية والاندفاعية لدى عينة من المراهقين، ولتحقيق أهدافها؛ استخدم المنهج المسحي الوصفي والارتباطي، حيث طُبّق مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية الانفعالية المكون من (27) فقرة، ومقياس الاندفاعية المكون من (22) فقرة بعد التحقق من دلالات صدقهما وثباتهما على عينة متيسرة من المراهقين بلغ حجمها (247) مراهقًا. أظهرت النتائج أن لديهم مستوى متوسط من الكفاءة الذاتية الانفعالية، حيث جاءت جميع الأبعاد بمستوى متوسط وهي على الترتيب (التعامل مع انفعالات الآخرين، ادراك وفهم انفعالات الآخرين، توظيف الانفعالات وإدارتها، تحديد وفهم الانفعالات الذاتية)، في حين جاءت ثلاثة أبعاد من أبعاد مقياس الاندفاعية بمستوى (متدنٍ)، وهي على الترتيب (عدم المثابرة، الإلحاح الإيجابي، البحث عن المغامرة)، وبُعدين بمستوى (متدنٍ جدًا)، وهما على الترتيب (الحاح سلبي، التأمل). وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند (α=0.05) بين تقديرات عينة من المراهقين على أبعاد الاندفاعية وكذلك بين تقديراتهم على أبعاد الكفاءة الذاتية الانفعالية وعليها مُجتمعةً تعزى للجنس، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيًا عند (α=0.01) بين الكفاءة الذاتية الانفعالية وبُعدي الاندفاعية (التأمل والإلحاح السلبي).
