الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى كشف بعض الحقائق ذات العلاقة بتعرض الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين للممارسات العنيفة من قبل عملائهم في أثناء ممارسة مهنة العمل الاجتماعي؛ حيث هدفت إلى التوصل إلى أبرز أشكال العنف الممارس عليهم، وأهم الأسباب التي تدفع العملاء للممارسة العنف ضدهم. كما سعت لتعرُّف تأثير هذه الظاهرة في الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وفي مهنة العمل الاجتماعي ككل.

المنهجية: جرى اعتماد المنهج النوعي لاستكمال جمع بيانات الدراسة من خلال مقابلة 20 أخصائي اجتماعي من كلا الجنسين على نحو فردي، وقد جرى اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية باستخدام تقنية كرة الثلج.

النتائج: وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام منهجية التحليل الموضوعي الاستقرائي توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين يتعرضون للعديد من أشكال العنف الممارس من قبل العملاء، وأن العنف اللفظي هو الأكثر شيوعًا، وقد عبَّر الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين عن تعرضهم لمجموعة من الأضرار النفسية والاجتماعية نتيجة لهذا السلوك. أما من الناحية المهنية، فبالرغم من كل الآثار السلبية للسلوك العنيف في الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، إلا أن ذلك لم يؤثر على نحو كبير في دافعيتهم للمهنة.

التوصيات: اقترحت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات للحد من السلوك العدواني تجاه الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، وتمحورت أبرز الأفكار حول ضرورة إصدار سياسات وتشريعات تضمن حماية الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في بيئة العمل.
