الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف مستوى الذكاء الثقافي كمنبئ بدرجة التوافق النفسي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس المغتربين بجامعة حائل.

المنهجية: جرى استخدام المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت أدوات الدراسة من أداتين: مقياس الذكاء الثقافي (أدنى درجة 20، وأعلى درجة 60)، ومقياس التوافق النفسي (أدنى درجة 30، وأعلى درجة 90)، وتكونت عينة البحث من (132) عضو من (501) عضو هيئة تدريس مغتربتم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة المتاحة من كليات جامعة حائل.

النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلىوجود مستوى مرتفع من الذكاء الثقافي والتوافق النفسي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس المغتربين بجامعة حائل، ووجود علاقة موجبة ودالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين الذكاء الثقافي وأبعاده الفرعية (ما بعد المعرفي – المعرفي- الدوافع- السلوك) والدرجة الكلية للتوافق النفسي. وكشفت نتائج تحليل الانحدار أن متغير الذكاء الثقافي تنبأ بالتوافق حيث استطاع البعدان (الدوافع- وما بعد المعرفي) أن يسهما – معًا- في التنبؤ بما نسبته (73.2%) من التوافق النفسي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس المغتربين بجامعة حائل. لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا في الذكاء الثقافي، وكذلك التوافق النفسي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس المغتربين تُعزى إلى الدرجة العلمية، ومدة الإقامة في السعودية، والجنسية، والكلية، والعمر، والجنس.

الخلاصة: للذكاء الثقافي قدرة تنبؤية بالتوافق النفسي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس المغتربين بجامعة حائل، تحديدًا بعدي الدافعية، وما بعد المعرفي.
