التَّحدياتُ والفرصُ التي تواجه طلبة التَّدريبِ الميداني في الخدمةِ الاجتماعيّةِ عبر التعليم الإلكتروني في أثناء جائحةُ كورونا: دراسة اجتماعية على عينة من طلبةِ جامعةِ البلقاءِ التّطبيقيّةِ

الملخص

هدفت الدِّراسة إلى تبيانَ التَّحدياتِ والفُرصِ التي تقابل طلبةَ الخَدمةِ الاجْتماعيةِ خلال مدة التَّدريبِ المَيْداني عَبْر التّعليم الإلكتروني في أثناء جائحةِ كورونا. وتمّ أخذُ الطّلبةِ المُتدرِّبين جميعِهم؛ حَيْثُ تشكلت العينةُ الدِّراسيةِ من (64) متدربًا، اختيروا عن طريقةِ المَسْحِ الاجْتماعِي عبر الحَصْرِ الشَّاملِ. واستخّدمتْ أساليب إحصائية وَصْفِيّة وَاخَتِبَارِ التَّباينِ المُتعدّد. وَأبانت النتائج البحثية أنَّ أهمَّ تَّحدياتِ وَاجَهتِ الطّلبةَ المتدربين في أَثْناءَ مدة التَّدريبِ المَيْداني بوساطة التّعليمِ الإلْكتروني في أَثْناءَ الجَائحِةِ، تَمَثّلتْ فِي وُجِودِ تَحَدياتٍ مُرتفِعةٍ وكبيرةٍ أَحْدَثَتها الجَائِحَةُ مِنْها عَدَمُ تَمكّنِ الطّالبِ المُتدرِّب مِنْ مُقابلةِ العَميلِ فِي المُؤسَساتِ الاجْتماعيّة، وهذا مِفْصَلٌ مهم في التَّدريبِ ميدانيًا، بالإضَافةِ إلى تَحدٍ مُرْتَفِعٍ ارْتَبطَ بِضَعْفِ المِهاراتِ التِّقنيةِ لَدَيْهم كاسْتخدامِ الحَاسوبِ وَتوظيفهِ بالحقل التَّعليمِ الإلكتروني وَعدَمِ تّوفّر شَبكَةِ الاتّصالِ الّتي يَستحيلُ بِدونِها الوصول إلى التّعليم الإلكتروني، وَمِنَ التَّحدياتِ الوسطى عَدَمَ تَمَكُّن طَّلبةِ التَّدريبِ الميداني عّنْ بُعد مِنْ تطبيقِ مَا تَعلّموهُ نَظريًا فبقيَ التَّدريب نَظَريًا فَقَطْ، أَمَّا الفُرصُ المُتاحةُ فتمثّلتْ في أنَّ التَّدريبَ الميداني عَنْ بُعد سهّلَ التواصلَ مع العاملين في المُؤسساتِ الاجْتماعيّةِ المتعددة، وَأظْهرَ التَّدريبُ الميداني عن بُعد أهميّة توظيفِه للتّكنلوجيا الرّقميّة وتفعيلها مِنْ قِبل الاخصائي الاجْتماعي لمُساعدةِ العُملاءِ خَلالِ الأزْمات، وَمِنَ الفُرصِ ذاتِ المُسْتوى المُتوسّط الّتي ظفر بها الطَّلبةُ زِيادَةَ فُرَصِهِم في التَّعرف إلى تجاربِ مُؤسّسات اجتماعيّةِ وطنية ودّوليةِ في تَخصُصِهم بِمُخَتلفِ المَجالاتِ، وأوضحتْ نَتائجُ الدِّراسةِ خلوها من وجودِ فروقٍ دالة احصائيا عِنْدَ (0.05≥α) في مُستوى التَّحدياتِ للطلبة المتدربين عَن بُعد في رأيهم تُعزَى إلى مُتغيراتِ الجِنْسِ والمُستوى الدِّراسي وَمُستوى التَّدريبِ الميداني..
