Developing Scales to Measure the Gender Roles of Children and Adults in Jordanian Society

الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير مقياسين لقياس الأدوار المرتبطة بالجنس لدى كل من الأطفال والبالغين في المجتمع الأردني، والتوصل إلى مؤشرات عن مدى الخصائص السيكومترية وفاعلية فقراتهما؛ وذلك لاستخدامهما مع الأطفال والبالغين في المجتمع الأردني.

المنهجية: جرى تطوير مقياسي الأدوار المرتبطة بالجنس باستخدام الإجراءات المعيارية حسب النظرية الكلاسيكية في القياس، وجرى تطبيق مقياس الأدوار المرتبطة بالجنس الخاص بالأطفال على عينة مكونة من 1050 طفلًا (648 ذكرًا، و402 أنثى)، تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (4) و(18) سنة، أما مقياس الأدوار المرتبطة بالجنس الخاص بالبالغين فقد جرى تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من 1088 فردًا (517 ذكرًا، و571 أنثى)، تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (19) و(60) سنة، وقد جرى اختيار الأفراد في كلا العينتين بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة؛ جرى فيها مراعاة التمثيل أقصى ما يمكن لمتغيرات الجنس، والدخل الشهري لأسرة الطفل في حالة الأطفال أو الدخل الشهري للمستجيب.

النتائج: تراوحت معاملات التمييز (ارتباط الأداء للفقرة مع الأداء للمقياس الذي تقع به) بين 0.11 و0.78 في حالة نسخة البالغين و0.13 و0.83 في حالة نسخة الأطفال، كما جرى التوصل إلى أربعة مؤشرات عن ثبات المقياسين، وهي: (الثبات بطريقة الإعادة، الثبات بطريقة الاتساق الداخلي/ التجزئة النصفية، الثبات بطريقة الاتساق الداخلي/ إحصائيات الفقرة (كرونباخ ألفا)، والثبات من خلال الخطأ المعياري للقياس الذي كانت قيمه منخفضة إلى حد ما)،وجرى التوصل أيضًا إلى ثلاثة مؤشرات عن صدق المقياسين، وهي: (صدق البناء من خلال التحليل العاملي، التنبؤ بالدور الجندري النمطي للمستجيب، والصدق من خلال التطابق بين تصنيف للمفحوص بحسب الدرجات التي حصل عليها للمقياس الأردني للأدوار المرتبطة بالجنس وجنسه.

الخلاصة: يتمتع مقياس الأدوار المرتبطة بالجنس بخصائص سيكومترية ملائمة، تجعل من استخدامه مستقبلًا أمرًا موثوقًا وموضوعيًا.
