الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف نوعية الأداء المعرفي والوظائف التنفيذية لدى مرضى الصداع النصفي.

المنهجية: أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (90) مريض ومريضة بالصداع النصفي مقسمة إلى (25) من الذكور و(65) من الإناث. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم اختبار أدنبروكس المعرفي المنقح (ACE- R) واختبار توصيل الدوائر (TMT B).

النتائج: أشارت النتائج إلى وجود انخفاض في الأداء المعرفي لدى مرضى الصداع النصفي، بالإضافة إلى انخفاض الأداء في كل من الانتباه، الذاكرة، الطلاقة اللفظية، اللغة، فراغي إبصاري، وانخفاض في أداء الوظائف التنفيذية، بينما المجموعة التي يتراوح سنها بين (40-59)، ذات مستوى تعليمي أكبر أو يساوي 11سنة والمجموعة التي يتراوح سنها بين (60-69)، ذات مستوى تعليمي يتراوح بين (7-10) سنوات لم تظهرا انخفاض في أداء الوظائف التنفيذية، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كل من الأداء المعرفي والوظائف التنفيذية حسب متغير الجنس، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كل من الأداء المعرفي والوظائف التنفيذية تعزى إلى متغير المستوى التعليمي لصالح المستوى الجامعي

الخلاصة: توصي الدراسة بضرورة إعداد برامج تدريبية تعمل على تحسين الأداء المعرفي لدى مرضى الصداع النصفي.
