La littérature n’a jamais cessé de braquer la lumière sur les problèmes et catastrophes qui hantent l’humanité. Le roman Mur Méditerranée de Louis-Philippe Dalambert rédigé en 2019 n’échappe pas à cette règle. Il s’inspire de la tragédie d’un bateau de migrants clandestins coulé dans la Méditerranée sur le chemin de l’Europe. Cette véritable catastrophe humaine mérite d’être décrite, racontée et traitée. La mer Méditerranée qui symbolise l’ouverture devient un lieu d’enfermement pour les migrants, un lieu où les rêves d’ascension se métamorphosent en chute infernale. Notre étude a pour but de dégager les images littéraires obsédantes dans le roman afin de les analyser à la lumière de la psychocritique et la mythocritique pour en dégager leur signification symbolique
