الملخص

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة إحدى الأسر العراقية في العصر العباسي؛ حيث تنتسب الأسرة التنوخية إلى: أبي العلاء حسان بن سنان التنوخي الأنباري 60-180ه/(680-796م)، وكان على النصرانية، ثم أسلم، وكان لأسرته دور حضاري مهم، ويرجع أول ظهور لجد الأسرة التنوخية إلى زمن الحجاج بن يوسف الثقفي، أي في العصر الأموي، أما بقية أسرته فقد كان دورها واضحًا خلال العصور العباسية الأول والثاني والثالث؛ حيث ساهم أفراد تلك الأسرة في جميع مجالات الحياة في الدولة العباسية، وكان لهم دور حضاري مميز في العصر العباسي في النواحي العلمية والإدارية والاجتماعية، مما أثر في التطور الحضاري في العراق خلال العصر العباسي. الكلمات المفتاح: الأسرة التنوخية، العصر العباسي، العلوم الإسلامية..
